AD was a monster in college playing OU. With the perfect blend of power and speed. TG is the reincarnation of All Day. He is the best player on the field no matter the opponent. which one of the guys will be look at as a better college player?
Peterson got second in the Heisman as a freshman and may have won had he not had to split votes with his QB who had won the Heisman the previous year, however, Peterson also missed about half of the seasons his sophomore and junior years so in that sense his "greatness" was dampened. Gurley has had the same issues with injuries that have kept him out of the spotlight, so obviously Gurley has a chance to be considered the better college player if he has has a monster year this year and gets to NY.
Gurley's obviously very talented, but it's just too easy to get injured at the RB position.
Adrian Peterson is, simply put, one of the best running backs to ever play the game. Too early to tell whether Gurley's another Adrian Peterson or another Billy Sims. There's a bit of luck involved.

If we're just talking about college than AP probably underachieved due to injuries. However until Gurley gets to the NFL and proves it, it is insulting to even compare the two. AP is one of the most special players to ever play the game.

Good but has a long way to go to even be compared to Peterson or a huge list of far better RBs like Barry Sanders, Earl Campbell, Hershel Walker and a host of others.
Has a long way? How? This guy is going in the first round as a RB. He is the best football player in the country.
