It can be done with a full course load and summer classes...assuming you take everything in the correct order and can actually get into all the classes you need, when you need.
My brother ended up using an extra semester because he wasn't able to get into all the classes based on when they were offerred and the sequence they needed to be taken.

Most people finish college with around 120 credits, at around 15-16 credits/semester. At least that's how it is at my school. If you double-major then it's a lot easier to hit that 150.
My college did quarters, not semesters, but I did a quick conversion via Google. I did slightly over 130 semester hours in 4 years with no summer classes (and I had to repeat 2 classes). 150 semester units is doable but you would probably have to take summer classes.

i completed 124 credits in 3 years to get my bachelor's. If i remember correctly I only took 7 credits outside my regular schedule as i took two summer classes before my third year so i could graduate a year early.
even without those 7 credits though, 117 credits in 3 years is a faster pace than 150 in 4... so it's certainly possible. Will it be difficult? Yea i'd imagine so.

Yeah, it is possible, but it is entirely counterproductive. When firms hire, their screening criteria for interviews is something like this:
1) Former interns that they have experience with and like.
2) High grades and honors.
3) Evidence of leadership (i.e. active in organizations).
4) Other internships in accounting.
5) Other (i.e. no H1B needed for foreign students, diversity, local ties for smaller offices, recommendations from professors with ties to firm).
By taking a full course load to get 150 credits, you'll likely hurt at least a few of the first 4 criteria and put yourself behind in getting a quality job.
If you don't have a high quality internship, have say a 3.2 GPA, no leadership in any organizations, and there is nothing else special about you except for qualifying to sit for the exam a year early, I think you'll get more questions as to your judgment than anyone being impressed.
I graduated from the University of Alabama last May in exactly 4 years with exactly 150 credit hours. I came in with 12 AP credits from high school, only dropped one class the whole time I was there, took 15 - 18 hours each semester, took 5 summer school classes and got credit for an internship.
It is very much possible. I'd advise against planning out your next 4 years and sticking exactly to it though. A lot can change in 4 years and I prefer to just roll with what comes my way
