I am not a Registered Dietitian but I have hired a number of them in my career as a hospital food service director.
The best source of information is the American Dietetic Association.
eatright.org . They will give you all the information to get certified.
These days, there is a very strong need for competent professionals to offset the "nutritionists" who generally have little or no true educational credentials in the field.
