Getting out of the manufacturing industry I've been in for 20 years. Not much left of it here in the US.
Working on AS in Biology. After that BS in Biology, Plant Biology, or Genetics. Haven't decided yet.

In progress for B.S. in finance @ Niagara University. Considered economics because of its flexibility, but ultimately selected my current path.

That's exactly what was taking and will be completing in a couple of years.

Do you know if getting a BA in it makes it harder to get a job than getting a BS in it? I was at the University of Louisville where they only had a BS of Geog that required Trigonometry. I'm not good at math so I'm transferring to Eastern Kentucky University where they only have a BA of Geog. I've been sitting out for 3 semesters and can't wait to get back in

Finance from University of Illinois.

Thought about a few different things in the business line of majors but ended up on Finance.

A BS is generally always better for landing a job.

Anthropology major/History minor: focus on cultural resource management archaeology. My job field is competitive, but there are jobs to be had.

Who is called in to pre-survey road/building/home construction? Oil and gas leasing? Mining? Archaeologists.

There are employment opportunities in private enterprise, as well as the BLM, Forest Service, and Parks Service. It isn't necessary to become a tenured professor or dig specific archaeological sites to specialize in archaeology.
