Best CUNY for those looking to apply to optometry school/SUNY Optometry (bachelor's, degree)

Hi,

I'm currently a student at CUNY York College. I'm aware that they aren't particularly known for being one of the top CUNY colleges and I wanted to transfer to a CUNY school that was known for having a great science/bio program. I plan to apply to the SUNY school of optometry after I receive my bachelor's degree. I was looking into Hunter, Brooklyn, and City College but I'm confused and don't know which would be best for me to attend or which has the better and more challenging science curriculum.

I'm not exactly sure, but I think Brooklyn College might be your best bet for bio sciences. They have a BA-MD agreement with SUNY Downstate so i'd assume they'de have some pretty rigorous upper level bio classes. City College is known for science as well, but I think it's moreso for engineering and physics.
