Call Apartments etc. (719) 597-7800. They offer a free locate service. Or visit their site. It's their name.com.

To answer your question I think most of the newest ones are on the north end. Northgate/glen eagle area.

About the newest one on the far north side is The Alexan on Powers Blvd in the Briargate area. Great looking and conveniently located.

There really haven't been new construction of apts. within the last couple of years. However there should be some inventory that would suit your needs. apts. are not that hard to find - on the other hand rental houses are moving VERY fast!!
