Hello all! I am in need of a good, experienced, HONEST mechanic that won't short change me; preferably in the Colorado Springs area. I need to fix a 2001 Chevy Silverado. We hit a tall curb when moving and the truck now makes a rattling sound, and the oil levels have been fluctuating. Any advice or personal references will be greatly appreciated. I am also hoping for someone with reasonable prices; My older sister and I support my younger sisters (no parents in the picture) so money is not something we have a lot of lol. So if you know a mechanic you like please let me know!

I had to find a mechanic recently when some wiring in my van decided to catch fire. I went by the Google reviews (pretty overwhelmingly positive) and visited this Napa Express place that is on the South side of Galley, right by the Citadel Mall. Now bearing in mind I've not been in the Springs long and only visited them once, my experience was positive. They drove me back to work after I dropped off my vehicle, and came to pick me up when it was ready. The price seemed fair and the repair was done properly and promptly. I will be going back again. Your mileage may vary, but that's my 2 cents.

Online, the name of the place is "Express Auto Repair" but they've got blue NAPA signs all over the place. Also, I got a good military discount there (don't know if that applies to you, but in this town the odds are always fair that it will.)

I have had to use Auto Smith off of Colorado. I read plenty of great reviews beforehand, and was confident with everything.

We used J&K Auto for many years on various cars. Jake was ALWAYS fair in price, very knowledgeable and will not deceive you. The only reason we stopped going is because we moved to Falcon and it's too far to just drop off the car and come back. He is located at 3745 Interpark Dr, (off Garden of the Gods Rd) phone (719) 520-1322.

Default Good Jeep Mechanic

I'm looking for a good mechanic to do a pre-purchase inspection on a Jeep Wrangler in Colorado Springs. I don't mind going to a non-Jeep mechanic as long as they are good. Thanks!
