Finally here...looking for rental property. Im ready to MOVE...but I need to find a place. Anyone have any leads? Id like to find a place in Manitou...Preferably with 3 bedrooms, but Im open to all options. Ive got a wife and a 3 yr old, so it has to be reasonably big enough to support our clan...but we can be very modest if we have to....It would be nice just to get a foothold 'home base' of sorts here.

Anyone who can, please let me know if you know of anything. Ill be here for 7 days: feel free to post here if you have any info.

Hi Jar!
How do you like the Manitou Springs hotel? My husband and I will be taking at trip out there in a month and are wondering where to stay so we can look around too.

I used to rent a nice 3 br home in the Manitou for about $1k/mo. Great views, clean, modern etc. I would drive/walk around and hunt for some For Rent signs.

The Gazette and the Independet will have some listings as well.

G'luck!

Thunderbird - doing similiar research for a motel - we came up with Red Wing Motel, Sunflower Lodge and possibly the better bet Best Value Inn Villa Motel - would love to hear a local opinion on any of the above.
