If 80909 has got the basics you want, continue to review it. There are some very good areas to the north and west between Patty Jewett and the USOTC, central is kind of "meh" okay and the east and south I'd probably avoid. But to get pre 1960, you'll have to stick east and north. You could expand that into the eastern edge of 80907 to get north of Patty Jewett and into Audubon and Kitty Hawk areas. 8o904 will cover most of the west side of town, but you'll want to look in the far north of Old Colo City and into Pleasant Valley.

BTW, I'd search using PPAR.com instead. It will give you more tools for refining your search so you aren't looking through a 100 postings at a time.
