Too bad for them the Craftwood Inn closed!

I probably could have given categories...best Italian, Mex, steaks...but I didn't.

Ah, Shuga's I remember when it was just a twinkle in Alexus's eye...hah...looking at places with rain water pouring down on her...
I would not suggest getting a Martini there, however..unless you'd like half the size of any other place. My only issue.
I've been there with 4 bottles of great wine on our table for 2....just tasting.
Nice we can take bottles home now.

Some people get excited by a menu like that and other people get turned off by it. To me, it is kind of 'meh' although that beet salad sounds good to me - but when I ate there I just didn't love anything I had and thought the atmosphere was a little weird and dark - another thing that I am sure some people will love and others won't.
The trout dish I had was excellent there bar also offers proper drinks which I consider a must.

No one in my family drinks anymore so that could be another reason we found it just to be 'meh'. Do like Shuga's though - loved everything I've ever eaten there!

Thanks
How exactly is a group of dozens of restaurants spread across the country not a chain?

I take them to Marigolds: https://marigoldcoloradosprings.com/

Excellent food and service; a local restaurant, not a chain.

Front Range BBQ is a favorite of our family, as is Sonterra. I haven't tried out Good Neighbors or the new Stir, but I'd likely take someone to try it out.
