Can anyone recommend an attorney, paralegal, etc., who specializes in Family Law (not sure I have the correct specialty)?
This pertains to circumstances surrounding an engagement ring, broken engagement, etc.
There are other factors involved in this unusual situation.
It's VERY complicated and not the usual scenario, so I would need either an attorney or expert legal assistance.
I'm not in a financial position to pay a huge consultation fee; therefore I am seeking a reasonable fee structure.

Any help at this point would be appreciated.

Try Beth Sparks at Keene & Sparks (http://www.keeneandsparks.com/index.html - broken link), right downtown.

anything that is a gift, is a gift. Anything willingly spent, is spent.

Unless there is fraud involved (like someone says they are single, and they are not, or they say they are a particular sex, and they are not.) it's unlikely to be worth a retainer.

Try small claims court.

Another suggestion: Rahaman Family Law. I know Vince and he has worked in family law for quite a while. Also, he actually worked on a case involving my former best friend's son. Wont say more than that but he is a straight up guy.
