Please be more specific, especially regarding the type of work being sought.

As you might imagine, jobs are hard to come by here, though not as bad as some other areas.

Big employment centers are along "The Front Range" from Fort Collins to Pueblo where about 4M of the state's population live.

I'll take a flyer here and say that Denver has more available jobs than any other city in the state.

well i am in college right now majoring in health information technology and i really don't have a background in jobs, i am a recent high school graduate. so i would take an entry level job. my fiance has 5 years experience in Customer service and cashiering, he has been out of high school for a few years.

That's why i was wondering what cities have a higher chance of getting job than others or what companies are hiring?

With Colorado's very tough employment situation, you will likely be competing for entry level jobs with people who have college degrees--sometimes even advanced degrees--and often substantial work experience. People like living here and are desperate to stay in Colorado, even if that means often taking a job that they are grossly overqualified for. That effectively shuts a lot of people with lesser experience or education out of the job market here. Add to that Colorado's often relatively high living costs compared to salaries, and it is a nasty double-whammy at the lower paying end of the job market.

Colorado Springs has several call centers that are hiring, sometimes hundreds of people at a time. Use the search tool with keywords CALL CENTER and see what we have in the way of threads.

Pueblo has many call centers as well. From AT&T to Exspress Scripps and RMS and a few more.
