I agree with others and think Denver would be a great place to start. I would look into these neighborhoods specifically. The Highlands (not to be confused with Highlands Ranch), Washington Park, Bonnie Brae, and LoDo. You might also look at Golden and Boulder.

Denver is a great location to live in a city full of awesome people of all ages but mostly young. Job opportunies have been rated top 5 cities in the u.s with the most jobs.. that may have changed but who knows now. Your so close to the mountains which everyone here in this city leaves for the weekends and camps and snowboards... its a very outdoorsy place to live... and when people are outside enjoying the sunshine that we have 300 days out of the year.... they tend to be happy people. Thats important. Greatest place ive ever lived and ive lived on everyside of the country. If If I could describe Denver in few words it would be.... friendly, sunshine, artsy, free, laidback, and sooo much fun! hope this helps, Im a fan of Denver!

Smile only problem

the only problem is that so many people from out of state are realizing how great this place is and never want to leave... it is a collection of people from all over the country.... so main highways are slowly becomin slower!
