Hi,
I will be relocating to CO. next summer. I thought about Durango but seems expensive and big. I was wondering about Fort Collins, Montrose, Silverton area? A walkable town.
I wanted to be about 45 minutes to a city with arts and a safe, diverse place to settle in with my teen.
Pueblo had a higher crime rate and CS going to explode soon.
Glenwood Springs was my first thought or just outside it. But wouldnt i t be impossible not to have a huge element of 'keeping up with the Joneses' which I cant stand and couldnt do anyhow. Am I wrong here about the possible atmosphere in this area?
Any suggestions and thank you for your input ...
