I'm trying to find an android app or website that shows the locations of crimes, not just the general stats listed on citydata. I have spot crime on my phone and it works here in Texas just fine but not in Colorado for some reason.

Wife and I are wanting to move to the springs, Canon city, pueblo area but want to get an idea of specific crime areas. And yes, I know Pueblo gets a bad rep, but it seems similar to where we live now (garland) which we are OK with.

Pueblo is fine there are just certain of areas of town I would avoid if new to the area. They are the east side and a area known as Bessemer. That being said I have good friends who live there and our worse areas are much better then the worst parts of larger towns like Denver.

Pueblo has more than a bad rap, it's statstically the most dangerous town of 100k+ in Colorado right now. But like Joss says, it doesn't take Fort Knox to afford one of the more decent neighborhoods.

If you don't go hangin out at bars on East 4th Street or along Northern from 9:30 pm to 2:00 am every weekend, there's a chance you'll be safe.
