Our family will have a wedding next summer, June 2017.

We're looking for a venue. I'm thinking something like a high country dude ranch with enough capacity for about 60 people. If they serve meals, that would be great. We'd likely rent it for about 3-4 days.

It would be best if the drive from DIA was not too long, e.g. Estes Park, Nederland, Vail, etc.

Do any of you know of such a place?

Several years ago we went to a cousin's wedding at this place north of Nederland. Some of the bride's out of state people stayed overnight at the ranch. The ceremony was in the chapel, which is on a hill that you are shuttled up to on a old logging trail.

Peaceful Valley Resort and Conference Center

About a 1.5 - 2 hour drive from DIA

Several ranches, and camps near Estes Park / Glen Haven / Allenspark. Also some very pretty stone / log chapels

It would probobly be the easiest drive from DEN and allow other venues for your guests near the area and plenty of extra lodging and food.

Do you need horses / carriage / ranch stuff, or will a camp do?

Not a dude ranch, but a great mountain venue in Vail so super easy access and since it is city owned, it's much cheaper than many private venues.

At Estes Park there is the YMCA of the Rockies that host weddings in a horse ranch type setting, with lodges or cabins for overnight

Weddings - Estes Park Center

It sits between EP and Rocky Mountain National Park. About 80 mile drive from DIA.
