Wow. The development would be more harmonious than anything that exists in South Carolina, maybe anywhere. It's a 30-year plan. I can't see a thing about it that anyone would resist.

Trust me someone will find a REASON to resist it simply because its change. Has the TIF District been put in place for this development? Has a traffic study been done? Are there any tax implications for the surrounding neighborhoods? Are there any competing developers who could be negatively impacted if this project succeeds? I am not tryin to be funny.. I am really curious. My only point is these could be issues (real or perceived ) that people could attempt to resist it
I personally feel it would be a great project.. but I will wait until everything is said and done to celebrate
