Wow. The development would be more harmonious than anything that exists in South Carolina, maybe anywhere. It's a 30-year plan. I can't see a thing about it that anyone would resist.

Nope Sorry... This was in the paper today..Interesting that some NIMBYS are already doing a "sound check" on their microphone for the City Council Meeting
