Does anyone know if there are any commercial plans for this area? Is this area considered high crime? I've noticed that homes in the area are staying on the market for an extended period of time. Thanks.

I can't really say if it is a high crime area, but the condition and the price of houses that are not selling very fast could be factors. There has been a good deal of activity in the area though. At present, there are 25 properties currently on the market for sale. This includes 2 condos and 23 single family homes.

There are 7 with pending contracts. 2 condos and 5 single family homes. 1 single family home is active contingent.

And, there have been 33 that closed in the past 6 months. 7 condos and 26 single family homes. The average days on the market for the sold properties are right at 71 days. 70.73 days on the market if we need to be exact.

As for commercial plans for the area, I can't say that I have heard anything lately.

I live in that general vicinity; the area is not high crime and I don't know of any commercial plans for that area right now. Some of the older homes are staying on the market for awhile right now, especially since some newer homes have been built in recent years and are currently being built.
