Spoke with Loves yesterday, and they said 2020.

I wonder what the owners of The Landings plan on doing after they've priced all of their tenants out of the property. Woodruff completely turned it around with the remodel and this company is just killing it.

I honestly don't think they care. I emailed about the exodus of tenets and was told they are happy where they are with the center. Who knows.i hate that Woodruff gave up on it.

Doesn't Woodruff still own a few of the outparcel buildings? Or maybe I'm thinking of a different shopping center

I was told by a staff member at Boo’s right before they closed it was because the landlord had nearly doubled their rent. The staff member told me they could not afford to stay in business there. That shopping center came a very long way thanks to Woodruff.

As far as I understand it, the company owns every lot between the interstate, Airport Thwy, and Whitesville, plus the large strip south of Airport.

The reason I ask is because I saw a sign with a big "W" on it in front/next to the former Boo's building, but maybe I was actually seeing something else

Would like to see that along with the former Suntrust demolished and that site redeveloped.
