It's going to be apartments/condos. That's been the plan for it and nothing else really makes sense.

You're welcome, hopefully the era of the downtown churches buying property and turning it into parking lots is past us.

Thinking specifically of the Ralston here. If First Baptist buys it for demo I'll be real disappointed.

The mayor said someone is already in the process of buying the Ralston and keeping it as housing. They’re going to have to spend a ton to bring it up to code at minimum.

The Ralston is iconic. And historic. I was hoping it could be restored into a nice hotel. But apartments, improved housing, whatever, would be better than another doggone parking lot downtown!

And it's going to be money well spent. The ralston will likely follow the same faith as the ymca and city mills.

Would love to see it turned into a nice hotel. Hopefully something good happens soon.
