I use to work for Mike Bowden years ago as a realtor. He said he was going to build a new real estate office on that property. We thought it was going to happen back then. Mike Bowden has the money to do what he wants and it is his land. If he sees profit in it, he will do it eventually. I live in North Phenix City and I would love to see it happen. Anything I hear, I will post in this group. My daughter said HUD approved the project.

So does this mean that the apartment complex project is still going too happen. I hope it does we need more apartments and retail on riverchase drive we also need a hotel on riverchase of the exit ramp because there's not any hotels in north phenix city and there's isn't anywhere for a hotel too be built on stadium drive it's all developed. So riverchase drive would be a great spot for a hotel.

Great news im glad to here that maybe retail will follow behind it and a hotel. I would like too see a few restraunts too such as a ryans all you can eat buffet and a golden corral, and a bass bro shop these would be a great start for riverchase with it being off a major interstate exit.
