I lived in Columbus for a significant chunk of my 20s and I really enjoyed it. The entire "cowtown" stereotype isn't a complete myth, but it's very easy for some people to forget how large Columbus is compared to a lot of cities. For being in the middle of Ohio, it's a lot more modern than you might think. The Short North and Campus areas are constantly buzzing, and the Arena District offers good live music and sports on a regular basis. Go to Gallery Hop one night and you'll see what I mean.

In other words, yes, Columbus has plenty to offer for people of all ages.
