I am NOT a computer expert, and I live miles from anyone to get help?
Seem's I must have inadvertly put in a wrong pass word every though I wrote it down. Now I just get a pot-up saying Welcome, then a note saying wrong user/password.

Need help ASAP...my doc's

Easiest way to retrieve a windows password is to use a password cracking live cd like Ophcrack. Just google "Ophcrack" dowload and burn the .iso to a cd and then boot up on it on the PC you need the password from. If the pc boot order is not set to boot from cd drive first, you will have to change it in bios and then reboot.
