But I have also spent most of my time on computers at the CLI, starting in 1970 entering commands into a mainframe on a TTY SPO, then on to BTOS/CTOS, Unix, NetWare, DOS, and Cisco IOS (which is still CLI based)

Is there any other way to get my IP, MAC, and gateway info? How about system uptime? All that is done rather painlessly through the command prompt.
I also use the "Run..." application a lot too (Windows Key + R). I've memorized most of my programs anyway, so as long as it runs in a directory found in %path%, it's faster for me to type it than click it.
Such greats as Winword, Excel, Chrome, IExplore, Firefox, Explorer, CMD...I'm sure I have others.
