Except telling people to go out and buy new computers is not in the least bit helpful.

They just bought one, there might be something they like better considering the new interface, I'm telling them to exchange it considering they don't have a issue doing it in the first place.

To the OP, if you are willing to try something new, visit an apple store where you can freely play with a Mac or iPad to see if it meets your needs.

Linux is pretty much immune to viruses...and it's neither MAC nor MS...it's the way I roll.

Linux Mint Cinnamon is very similar to the MS interface I had been using...I'm liking it a lot.
