I need to print e-mails and what happens this stupid ad on right side of a screen prints too right on a top of e-mail text and blocks part of e-mail text on paper... On a screen this add is not in e-mail text, but outside. When I print, it prints on a top of e-mail text. It drives me crazy and I do not know what to do. I can't "X" it because there is no "X" to get rid of it. When I go to "print preview" it somehow gets on a top of e-mail body. Someone help. I always hated Outlook and now I hate it even more.

If the emails just contain text, you could copy the text and paste it into Word or another text editor program and print from there instead. It would be a bit tedious but at least it should work. That's strange though ... I use Outlook at work and never have problems like this. In fact, I never see ads next to Outlook. Maybe it's because of the version I'm using. I don't know...

It's likely the OP is using Outlook.com, not Outlook the program.
