Cannot load window after crash, use Shift + Restart to go other option. Now it does not even go to the page with Shutdown/Restart, it goes straightly to the page Automatic Repair, no matter how many times I try Restart, it still go this page. So I hit Advance Options, then Troubleshoot, then Reset this PC, it always returns the error message "There was a problem resetting your PC".
I have tried other options , none of them works. I have been dealing with this issue for more than 4 hours today.
Not system image recover, I do have backup system image, but it is also in the laptop. Same drive, but Disk partition.

Pretty much when this happens, you can try a system restore to a previous restore point, but if that fails, you can restore to a backup image, but since you dont have a backup image, your choices are either try to find a retail CD and see if it will do a repair, which works sometimes and other times wont make a difference if it is a factory OS from the manufacturer like HP, DELL, Lenovo, etc or pay Microsoft and see if they can fix whatever corrupted the registry.
If all that fails, backup your data on the drive by taking out the drive and putting it in a enclosure you boot from a Linux bootable disk and copy files from th OS, and just reload Windows 10 and start from scratch.

If you go to that link using windows system it's not going to allow you to download unless the key is for retail copy. However if you visit it with Mac you'll get presented with direct download link. On Windows system you can also use user agent spoofer for the browser. This extension will work for chrome, once you install just switch it to iphone or whatever and you'll get presented with link for download.
I've installed the MS ISO on many factory systems in the past and it's worked without any issue. Assuming it will still install successfully the only other issue is specific drivers and software from the manufacturer. They will typically have downloads for them on manufacturers site.
