I'm old, I don't care about games, movies, I don't even know what a spreadsheet is or other office stuff is, portability is only minor benefit. Some 15" Chromebooks have a numerical keypad but I don't care about that either.
I do watch U Tube, go on Facebook twice a day, and some pictures on other forums. So I guess that would be a significant advantage.
My 13" Toshiba Chromebook II works perfectly but is almost 6 so I have been looking just in case.
13" Lenovo Flex 5 gets rave reviews as does 14" Asus C434.
But the idea of a 15.6 screen appeals to me what other advantage are big screens?

I think the difference between 13 and 15 is the physical size of the machine as opposed to the size of the screen. Either size screen should work. If you like to enlarge the type for easy reading and have a problem with the 13 inch then go to the 15. If not I would stay with the small size as it might be a little easier to hold when you are using it.

If you want to stream videos then I would go with the 15.

Be careful about reading the ads, some do not have touchscreen. I was surprised to find that out when looking for a new one for my wife. Usually the heading will be “15.6” touchscreen chrome book” but if touch screen is not mentioned, it won’t have it.

They are also heavier, & I do not like the weight.
