I've been here for years helping people and then new guy comes in trying to tell me I don't understand something? I was not mad or offended. But get to know us first before assuming what we know.

I wasn't intentionally being rude. Learn this about me: I don't use smiley's when I'm really mad at someone, not even head slap guy. Or roll eyes guy.
