So I created a nice flyer that I would like to distribute as a email message and not an attachment in Publisher. When I get ready to send I get Publisher cannot complete the operation. Now If I want to send as an attachment all is fine. Even when I preview it works. Any ideas?

What program do you use for email?

What version is your email client and what version is Publisher?

Wow. I am finding pretty much nothing out there concerning this problem.

I'll try something and be back if I get any ideas. It may not be today, though.

Default similar problem

I am also using both outlook 2007 and publisher 2007 and have a similar problem. I am looking to send a newsletter to a large distribution list and I have been sending myself drafts so that I can see what they will look like when others open it. This was fine until publisher started crashing on me and when publisher crashes, outlook also starts acting funny then eventually crashes. I figure that this is just some sort of bug, but I would like to figure out how I got past it before and how to get back there.

Is there a better method to send newsletters than just clicking the top mail button?

I don't know much about Outlook. Have you tried an online email service? They usually are able to handle various types of attachments.

I have the same problem. I got fed up trying to figure it out, so I just convert my pub's to pdf's - they email in outlook just fine!

I don't have 2007, but MS Office Pro 2003.
When I do a flyer in Publisher, it comes out something like 25 MB.
That seems like a huge file to email.
