I received a Clickfree for Christmas and am just trying it out now. When I plug it into my hard drive, only one blue light comes on instead of the two that are on the device. I have clicked on My Computer but do not see Clickfree on it. The manual (just a small leaflet) is not clear and neither is the website. There is a picture on both the small manual that shows a picture with steps 1-3 that should show up on my monitor, but nothing shows. If anyone has a Clickfree and can offer some advice, it would really be appreciated. Thanks. This was supposed to be easy. I just want to back up music.

Did you download the Hard Drive Series User Manual and look at page 18 for Troubleshooting ideas?

Clickfreeâ„¢ Support - English

There's also a great article that reviews the ClickFree, and in it are some hints and tips.

Thanks. I had already looked at troubleshooting but nothing answers my question. I am going to try again by turning off my computer and starting over. If that doesn't work, I probably will call the company tomorrow.
