Greetings, just in the last few weeks they've completely demolished the old Manchester Bally's building. Anyone happen to know what the plans are for what's to come (if anything) in that space?

Last I heard I believe they are building a new medical building for PCP's maybe specialists too on that location that will have a slightly smaller footprint than the Ballys building did.

Wow, definitely got that answered quickly. Thanks!

I do have to say, though, that's kind of disappointing. There's already a big medical office building -- with PCP's, dentists, and specialists -- a few yards away from this one. Was hoping they'd be building something more fun in this spot (they just opened a new pizza place/bar closer to Broad, and apparently the same company is starting a Mexican restaurant in that same area soon too).
