It doesn't start until the spring, but this one always looks popular:
Elephant's Trunk Country Flea Market (New Milford CT)- Home Page

It's in New Milford, on Rte 7, a little past the Brookfield border.

I second the Elephant's truck flea market in New Milford. It is easier to get to now with the completion of the Route 7 Bypass, avoiding the 4 corners intersection in Brookfield.

The ones at 755 Melville Avenue in Fairfield are at Fairfield Warde High School in the parking lot. I have passed it a number of times and it looks pretty good. DW has gone and said there is a lot there. Jay

Driving by that, it always seemed junky/ghetto. Correct me if I'm wrong.

The Elephant's Trunk in New Milford is the first that comes to mind.
