Looking for a rough estimate of ripping up tile and replacing it with new tile. It's about 60 square feet in a bathroom...

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!!

Is the space in bathroom 60sq ft or just the floor to be tiled? In other words is the 60sq ft wall to wall or tub to vanity?

Is it open floor or is the tub, toilet, cabinets staying?

Anyway - for 60sq ft... guestimating should be roughly $225 to take up old tiles and dispose. If the subfloor is fine (no replacing) then add about $375 to install tiles. So figure about 575-675 not including material.

Thanks. We had someone come out this week and he said it's about 52square feet. Do you own a company? Are you licensed/insured?

Thanks!!

It is against the rules of this forum to advertise so the reply from the person offering to do this work has been deleted. I suggest using the Direct Message system to contact each other but note that the deleted poster is listed as being from Kansas not Connecticut. JayCT, Moderator

My tile work was done by Rich & Steve at Carson Richard. At our old home he remodeled 2 baths; gutted to the studs. He closed the showroom but the phone number should still be good on the website. PM me if not.

I don't know where you're located but this guy did a FABULOUS job on my kitchen floor when I lived in West Hartford.
