True, but it's a microscopic land area(Hope/Ponus, Davenport Ridge/Ponus).

I'm actually a bit surprised Coleytown is in the top 100. Definitely is known for its affluent area, but more than Greens Farms or Southport?

If you went by census tracts, Hartford's West End would be one of the highest in the country. It is a small but very affluent neighborhood. It all depends on how they define the term "neighborhood". Jay
