a quick google search had Times Square getting over 40 million visitors per year, and Grand Central not far behind.

I also would have guessed, and I prefer, Mystic to all other sites in Ct.

well, it's kind of centrally located in Boston. So, you could easily go to a lot of different sites around Boston, and then end up there later for dinner and/or a little shopping to wind up your day.

Maybe it's because there's multiple attractions in Mystic (aquarium, museum, town itself), and this is just counting single attractions.
