Another issue with living on a corner is you will hear people gun their engine when the take off. Sometimes burning rubber too. Not every car will do this, but it's enough to notice. I currently live on a corner, altho this issue doesn't bother me too much. I'm more annoyed with people throwing trash out their window onto my lawn.

Yes, and if you are talking about those new homes (50+)? maybe? - They just put that stop sign in on Deming at the intersection of Barn Hill - and people NEVER stop, because it's still a year or two new... lots of sqeels over there.

I lived up Deming Street in the Apple Hill condos -and almost NEVER heard traffic, but I think you will down lower on Deming Street.

The bottom of Deming Sreet (off Griswoldville, near Walgreens) will hear traffic - up Deming - where Apple Hill Condos and Little Brook are - you will not.
