First Snowfall of 2014-15 Season in CT and it was a very light one elevation dependent. Anyone who lived above 700 feet had a nice coating of white in the morning.

Pond Hockey in a couple weeks near the coast? lol

To put something into perspective.. We haven't had a cold November so just imagine how the ponds and rivers looked during the years we did. We must of had a lot more ice around. Like November 1996 when BDR average November temp was 40.7° and average minimum was 33.5°! Currently only 19th coldest 43.8.

Water is moving underneath the glaze of ice.
