If 6" happens Fox61 will be right. but I call that chicken having a range of 2-6. I mean really? Why not just say 0-6" then? lol

Lots of moisture and a strong Jet streak overhead, I wouldn't doubt 6" with this one. I'll say 4-6" across the board. Some local spots might get 3" some might get 8"

I pieced together all the NWS forecasts..

STARTS AFTER 7PM TOMORROW (SATURDAY) AND ENDS BEFORE 7AM SUNDAY! 12hr storm dropping 6" of snow is a decent snowstorm.

Hoping this rain clears up and the clouds go away later today, I have a Star Party I'm hosting tonight. Says it should clear, so here's to hoping. Still nice and warm, kept my window open all night long. So refreshing to have the fresh air.

News12 CT

“Coastal parts of western Connecticut will see between 1-3 inches of snow, 2-4 for the central part, and the northern part could see 3-5 inches.”

You sure you got the right storm?? News12 needs some new meteorologists then.

Maybe they used a Mirror making that map?

There should be more at the coast, less to the north with this one.

Where is my foot?

News12 wont be hiring me. lol

Models seems to be showing less precip now. Here we go with the 24hr changes.

GFS for Danbury.. Little over 1/4" 0.29" liquid which would be all snow. 2-4". Temps at 5000' and surface are cold enough for it. Talk about good timing. Gees.

Note the temps Tues-Wed. lol Enjoy

Mother nature like most women can't make up her mind!
News 12 or whatever weather channel messes up weather forecasts more than the common man imo.

Mother nature loves throwing curve balls! I would just state what "they say is going to happen" and wait till the weather event happens at this point to comment further, otherwise you'll be asking where your other limbs are one at a time.

Yeah watch something change at the last minute.
