I just got off the phone with a realtor that handles Oronoque Village. I'll be taking a look at it this week.



Access to the train and lower Fairfield County and the things I like to do without breaking the bank are important. Stratford is a decent town.

Newtown taxes seem to be insanely high now. The is a condo complex there w taxes in the 13,000 range.

My great aunt lived in Heritage Village in the 1980s. It seemed like a pleasant place with some nice facilities. I'm not sure how much the facilities were used since many of the people there seemed to be very old. The neighbors around her were so old that the place seemed to be one step above a graveyard, at least her section of it. I'm not sure what it looks like now. Southbury is a nice town and it was a pleasant place to visit.

theres a condo complex in beacon falls / naugatuck line (Beacon Hill Condos) i think kind of hidden in the mountain off of the cross street exit on rt8 ex25. my parents just bought one and fixed it up. gas heat, basement or garage, fire place, 2 to 3 bed rm 1 1/2 to 2 bath and low taxes and hoa fee 200 give or take they paid around 130k each unit is a little different
