The parking garage in W Hartford near the barnes and noble on Isham rd has 460 parking spaces and i know certain ones are designated towards "tenants"
Do you know how fast this garage fills? Or does it usually NOT fill?

I don't think it ever completely fills, to be honest. Don't quote me on that - I'm close to the downtown area so I walk there, but I don't think you'll have a hard time finding a spot there. Are you going there during the day? Because if you're going there at night you can park on the street at no charge if you're there after 8PM - providing you can find a spot. There's also some curb parking on Farmington Ave for free - by Harry's Pizza if you head west toward Farmington.

I've never seen either of the parking garages in Blue Back Square filled.
