green timer light blinking, black screen, cant afford a new tv, this one is old, don't know what to do?

Cable is working fine, removed cables and placed cables back on nothing is dead :-(

Google the symptom with the model number. You'd probably have to unplug the power cord, wait a while, and plug back in.

Blinking light and blank screen usually means HV power board. You will probably not find one and if you do, the cost for part and labor [if you can find someone to fix it] will be much more than the value of the TV.

If you can't afford a new TV, used TVs are a dime a dozen, or so it seems. Even a new TV doesn't have to cost that much these days.

You can find free or really cheap analog tube TV's on craigslist. They will even include the digi converter box. People replacing theirs with a HDTV flat screen want the old monster out of the house.
