Convert PAL VHS tapes to NTSC DVD (service)

Hi everyone!

My kids (well, and me) would like to watch "Asterix and the Big Fight" in the British dub, which was only released as a VHS cassette in England. I can find the tape easily enough, but it is probably in the PAL format. I don't want to have to buy a bunch of equipment to be able to watch this.

Rather, I'd like to get this copied over to a DVD that I can play here in the US.

Anyone know of a service that can do this?
