I am no fan of this city but there are a few positives here. First of all, the south side of CC is a beautiful area and the home prices have held onto their value. There are options when it comes to schools as well. London ISD is excellent. The teacher:student ratio rivals any private school. It is ranked exemplary and has plans for a highschool. The kids will attend the same campus from JK-12. Not bad and the best part is that they are accepting transfer students. You could take advantage of the south side with the close proximity to shopping and dining and still have a school that is much better than Flour Bluff, Calallen, Portland, Tuloso, or CCISD. There is my 2 cents. Furthermore, will you be a resident at Bay Area or Memorial?
