Correction, government officials claim it's not in the video and have not released an unedited copy of the 4 hour video if one still exist.

If there is one department that is in sore need of radical cultural overhaul, it's Customs and Border Protection charged with handling people entering the United States. The absolute lack of basic respect and civility shown to US and World citizens alike is pretty damn shocking. If you haven't experienced it first hand, then you probably don't own a passport.

The IRS suffered from similar abuse-culture problems that got partially remedied in the 1990's.

This. It seems every childhood bully goes to work for customs. American customs was the worse experience from my own government EVER, shoulda filed a complaint because it scarred me for life. I considered myself lucky, I'm told non-Americans get it far worse. These people should all be fired.

Canadian customs was equally bad.

I stay home now, it was that bad that I don't ever wish to travel out of the US again, a cardinal sin in the eyes of the American government, "how dare he leave the United States, what was he thinking? Let's teach him a lesson!"
