Holder will work in a private law firm for a year. Then Obama will nominate him for a seat on the Supreme Court. With the RINO Republicans remaining in the Senate it makes no difference which party has a majority. The true majority is the large number of progressives in both parties.

I would bet a lunch that will not happen if the republicans gain back the senate!

If it happens before the elections (hardly possible, but....), then if it is a replacement for Ginsburg or Breyer it won't make a difference in court decisions.
