Yes the system is broken. Are there people who belong in prison? Absolutely! The lowest of the low belong there. But prosecuting people for what they consume or possess such as a mind altering substances and locking them up with some of the most vile and evil people on the planet such as rapists, and murderers substance is ludicrous. Especially for cannabis!
