I hate the criminal justice system these days. Steal a car and do more time than a rapist.

This guy, by his own words, was a menace and should have been in lockup.

Just police or any other profession can be held liable for mistakes, so too should judges. That is the only way to get these people with god complexes to stop putting animals back out of the street.

I wish it were different, however judges have absolute immunity.

Judicial Immunity legal definition of Judicial Immunity

"Animals," "Savages," "Hands up, don't shoot yuk yuk," "He was an Army Ranger, that's why he's so tough."
Another day on Downtrend, the Fox News blogs, Newsmax, or Yahoo? Nope. The wing nut idiocy keeps spreading.

It is time to change laws written by lawyers/judges to protect themselves.

Not to be technical but.....

When the black kid is calling the black cop a nig* in the second video, is he saying it with its full-on implied derogatory meaning or the friendly black to black meaning? Because to me it really sounds like the former.

These guys did an exemplary job with a bunch of ignorant, entitled and narcissistic a-hole kids.
