SC's loss was NJ's gain. But surely the view looks the same from Slager's cage.

That' was pretty funny.

First Mr. Scott's extensive criminal background consisted on being behind in his child support payments. Face it, you're going to have a hard time turning Mr. Scott into Boo Radley.

Second, while it is true that Mr. Slager hasn't been tried yet, it is true that Mr. Slager will be afforded the right of Habeas Corpus, as well as his or 4th, 5th, and 6th Amendments all the rights and privileges that Mr. Slager of his own volition chose to deny Mr. Scott.

Everyone who kills someone denies the dead person their rights.

It never seems to matter though, when it is a black person who kills another black person, then it rarely makes the news or is explained away and blamed on everything and everyone but the person who did the killing.

Threads right on this forum demonstrating that.

Strange and not funny but it goes on.

Looks like some poster need a reminder that it's not about white killing black or black killing black or blacks killing whites or thugs killing thugs. It's a "police officer" killing someone. I have no idea what this case has that needs to be compared with blacks killing blacks. This is about a LEO shooting an unarmed person several times who was running away at tortoise pace.

For those on both sides of the fence, the guy in this video nails it.

Behind in child support? LOL He hasn't paid anything in 3 years.

He has not paid any child support since 2012. He has 4 children. This despite having a job and in the process of buying a Mercedes-Benz. The court issued a bench warrant for his arrest. He ran because he didn't want to be held accountable for not providing for his kids.

Not much good can be said about a man who doesn't support his children both financially and as a father.

Here here.

The one good thing about him being gone is that now his kids will get money from the lawsuit and as often is the case with people like this, taxpayers will pay to raise the children he fathered.

WaldoKitty, Unlike Slager, the victim was not a murderer. There is nothing worse than a murderer.

LOL the guy loves cops now because this guy let him go without beating him or writing him a ticket, this is a "the cop just let me go 10 mins ago so i love cops" video.

Also, nowadays, i'm assuming this just happened, cops know that they could be being filmed anywhere anytime...this seemed like a cop who was doing the right thing hoping he was filmed doing the right thing.

Remember now that all these "incidents" seem to be on film, a lot of cops are thinking i better behave because i'm probably on film somehow.

Never said he was and the point is irrelevant to what I was responding to.
