Anyone wanna make a guess on how much taxpayer money this POS will waste going through appeal after appeal for the next 15 years, pushing for something any sane f-ing person knows will never happen? The only winners here are the greedy ass left wing lawyers that see a walking dead cash cow for the time being.

Just curious....has anyone asked the question how we can execute someone NOT OLD ENOUGH TO DRINK ALCOHOL under US law in all 50 states at the time he committed the crime. I kept hearing him referred to as a "kid". He was 19 at the time of the crime.

19 is clearly an adult, but in our culture we view that as a child. No one thinks 18,19,20 is an adult anymore. It's a child who should be in "school"(the 4 year extension of high school we call college) and who is not legally allowed to drink alcohol, view porn in some states, and a whole list of other things that have been added on to that list of under 21. You can't even join e-harmony until your 21. That's a private company, but you get my point. In the eyes of many, I guess 20 is a child who can't date....lmao.

How can you possibly execute someone who society has said is not even old or mature enough to handle the consequences of drinking alcohol and is charged with "minor in possession"? It's totally illogical. If someone is old enough to be executed by the state, then they better be old enough to drink, consent to sex, get marijuna in colorado where it's legal, buy a playboy magazine in some states, buy cigarettes(hawaii is currently trying to move the age to buy cigs to 21). They better be full legal adults at the time they committed the crime. Otherwise you're executing children.

In case it wasn't obvious, in my opinion Tsarnaev, who at 19 committed the worst crime imaginable, is a man whose long gone from any type of childhood innocence who should face adult consequences for his actions. I'm just point out the absurd hypocrisy. Time to change some laws.

If we wanted to treat him the way Muslims treat others, maybe they should have taken him outside and cut off his heads on the front steps of the courthouse.

Meh, there are far worse criminals than him rotting in jail. They only gave him the death sentence because he was a terrorist. Not to mention, he was 21 when he did this. Yes, that's an adult's age, but it's a far too young age to judge crimes on it (to the extent of the death penalty).

I'm not being an apologist, what he did was inexcusable. But I just think that they have far more detestable criminals who are in jail and are of a mature age that actually deserve death.

You didn't address his point. Yes, everybody knows he deserves it, but you are still making him a martyr. He will get the satisfaction of knowing that there will be live international TV coverage of his execution. He has made a name for himself.

It could be a lot different if he was allowed to rot in a prison cell for the next 50 years, until everybody forgets about the event, and then die with nobody even noticing. That would be real justice.

Will this be by lethal injection? If so may I suggest that a few ounces of Hog's Blood be mixed in with the Injection cocktail. This should be made POLICY and announced all over the world. These people believe they will be transported immediately to Paradise when they die killing infidels. I understand they also believe if they are touched by any part of Hogs or other unclean animals they will be defiled and NOT go to Paradise. Take away their incentive and these types of killings will cease.

Tie the other end of the rope around his neck. The first person across the finish line gets to kick the stool out from under him. Now that's a good plan!
Proving once again that those with "good morals" seem to have some really ****ing twisted ideas.

It's not just about the victims, it's also about the damage he's done to our country's morale; that someone can just blow people up, kill cops and then oops... "he's a good boy, it was his brother - his brother was a bad influence" or "the lead based paint was to blame for these people being career criminals"... everything is someone else's fault there's no personal responsibility taken for anything anymore. It's f!@#in sickening.
I didn't say it was anyone else's fault.

I didn't say he doesn't have sole responsibility.

I didn't say he was a good boy.

I didn't say it wasn't about the victims.

I said trying to tell people that committing others to death is wrong by committing them to death is hypocritical and stupid.

Also, if you cared about the victims you'd not want them to go through the appeals process the death penalty brings.
